As a definition of project management, we use a variant of the definition set out in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) from the Project Management Institute (PMI):
“The application of knowledge, skills and techniques to execute projects effectively and efficiently.” This involves among other things the ability to plan, organize, motivate, and control resources to achieve specific goals.
Novodiem staff has years of experience in managing projects, both large and small, and often several at the same time. In our experience it is very important to continuously communicate with both the project sponsor as well as their stakeholders. This is how we ensure that our output always meets the needs, requirements and expectations of all parties.
We have staff members who are both PMP and PRINCE2 trained.
